AskTula Before You Pay Get started

Terms of use

Updated 26 September 2026

These terms apply when you use AskTula, on this website or on WhatsApp. Please read them before you rely on anything we tell you.

1. Who we are

AskTula is a service of Om & Company, a business based in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India. In these terms, "AskTula", "we" and "us" mean Om & Company, operating the AskTula service. The website at asktula.com is owned and operated by AskTula.

2. What AskTula does

AskTula tells you which credit card offer pays the most on a purchase, in rupees, and shows you the published terms the figure comes from. If you tell us which cards you hold, we answer for your cards. Some answers are worked out by our own code, and some are written by an artificial intelligence model from our offer data. Either way, an answer can be wrong, which is why every figure links to the page it came from.

3. What AskTula is not

  • We are not a bank, and we do not issue, sell or arrange credit cards.
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank or card network.
  • We do not give financial advice. We tell you what published terms say a card pays on a purchase. Whether to use a card, or to get one, is your decision.
  • We do not process payments and we never hold your money.

4. How we earn money

We take no money from any bank, card issuer or shop, and no card is ranked higher because of a commercial relationship. AskTula is free to use while we are in early testing. If we ever introduce a charge, we will say so on this page and tell you on WhatsApp before it applies to you.

We may later add links to shops that pay us a commission when you buy through them. If we do, this page will say so before the first such link appears. It will cost you nothing extra, and it will never change which offer we show first: offers are ranked by the size of the saving alone, before any link is added.

5. How accurate our figures are

Every figure is read from the bank's, the shop's or the card network's own published terms, and shows the date we read it. Publishers change their offers, sometimes without notice, so a figure can be out of date by the time you pay.

  • The publisher's terms always decide what you actually receive, not AskTula.
  • Offers can have conditions a publisher does not state clearly. Where we know of one, we show it.
  • Please check the publisher's page, which we always link to, before a large purchase.

If you find a figure that is wrong, tell us and we will correct it and record the correction.

6. Your account

Your account is your WhatsApp number: we send a one-time code to that number to sign you in. Adding an email address is optional. Keep your phone and your codes to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. AskTula is meant for adults who hold credit cards.

You can stop using AskTula at any time, and close your account by telling us on WhatsApp or writing to hello@asktula.com. We stop using a closed account at once and delete its data within 30 days.

7. Messages from us

We message you to answer your questions, to send your sign-in code, about alerts you switch on, and, if you start signing up and do not finish, to remind you once to finish. We send offers and updates, on WhatsApp or by email, only if you have agreed to receive them, which is a separate choice from signing up and is never made for you. You can stop them at any time by telling us, and it does not affect your account.

8. Using AskTula fairly

Please do not copy our data in bulk, use automated tools to collect it, try to disrupt the service, pretend to be someone else, or use it for anything unlawful. To keep the service working for everyone, there is a limit on how many questions one account can ask in a day and in a month.

If an account breaks these terms, we may limit or close it. Unless the law or the safety of the service prevents it, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to reply.

9. What belongs to whom

The AskTula name, the design of the site and the way we present information belong to AskTula. Bank, card, shop and network names belong to their owners, and we use them only to identify the offers they publish. Short quotations from published terms are shown so you can see the evidence for a figure, always with a link to the source.

10. The limits of our responsibility

We work hard to be accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is complete, current or free of error. We are not responsible for what a bank, shop or card network decides to pay you, or for a loss that comes from relying on a figure without checking the publisher's own terms.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for our own fraud or wilful misconduct, or takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be set aside by an agreement.

11. Changes to AskTula and to these terms

We may change or stop parts of the service. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date on it. If a change affects your account in a significant way, we will tell you on WhatsApp before it applies.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please tell us first: write to hello@asktula.com and we will reply within 30 days. If we cannot settle it, the courts at Raigarh, Chhattisgarh will have jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you have to bring a complaint before a consumer commission where you live.

13. Contact and grievances

Questions or complaints about these terms: hello@asktula.com. Our grievance officer is Ravi Gupta, Founder.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read, and only if you agree. It never receives your number, your name or your cards. Our privacy policy.
