About AskTula

Who runs AskTula

AskTula is founded and run by Ravi Gupta, and he is responsible for everything published on this site. He holds a master’s in accounting and business management from Ranchi University, and began his career selling financial products at Angel Broking, which is where he first saw how far the gap runs between what a product is advertised to pay and what it actually pays.

AskTula exists because that gap is still there on credit card offers, and because very few people read the terms. Every figure on this site comes from the bank’s, the shop’s or the card network’s own published page. Each one links to that page and shows the date it was read, and where we can, we quote the line it came from.

What we do not do

We take no money from any bank, card issuer or shop. No bank pays to have its card placed above another, and the order you see comes from the published terms, not from a commercial arrangement. We are not a bank, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank or card network.

We never ask for your card number, your CVV, your OTP or your UPI PIN. Cards are added by name, and nothing we store could be used to spend your money.

When we get it wrong

We publish a corrections log. Banks change their terms without notice, and a page read on one date can change the next. Where a figure on this site turns out to be wrong, we correct it and record it there, rather than quietly editing it.
