PORTAL AUDIT 29 Aug 2026: rewards.rbl.bank.in requires a User ID and password. The FAQ and T&C state only that rates are "as per the value applicable to the product specific value proposition". A Rs 99 plus GST redemption fee applies on shopping, a Rs 200 convenience fee on flights, and there is NO statement credit route at all: "No, you cannot adjust Reward Points against your outstanding." Points expire in 2 years, 3 on Nova, never on Insignia, Lumiere and World Xclusive.
